Well I am now 140 I/L Archmage. Still Have a crappy codar. I want to get an elemental wand/staff But they are just too expensive =| I want to know how people get money. Because ATM I am selling many leeches trying to get money and APQ'ing (Only two ways that I get money) And I keep going over 100mil then BAM back down to like 95 mils. Repotting and books. I am not really good at merchant. But I would like to know if there is SPECIFIC THING I can do to get money faster. I never merchanted in my life, But I will try in the summer vacation ( in like 17 days xD) Because then I can leave my computer on whenever etc.. Also I would like to ask basil how many matk + the elemental effect of Ice/Lightning would equal a normal staff/wand. Like say 10matk elewand3= 4matk codar (EXAMPLE!) [x And should I get an ice one or a lightning one? Btw B>Blizz20 [x Thnx alot guys~

Rofl Its hard tryna find blizz20. Been tryna get it for a long time )= But yeah 4th job, cost ALOT. I've been tryna sell leech and its boring and demotivating.

Aghh. Where did that post go? I think either SourDonut or AnasF .. (or some other AM lmao) did mention back somewhere that a 25% increase in an attack equalled to something like 200 extra m. atk ? .. That sounds totally off but I'm quite sure the figure was thereabouts. Oh and I tend to stick to scrolls, WGs and cheap Mage equips when I bother merchanting lol =/ . lol I usually only make about 10m in profit a night, but it adds up! :D. Ele staff 4 is quite cheap and provides me a very noticeable difference in IS damage (I'll test it later , but I believe my dmg shot up ~1.5k) even though it's just 10%. I actually only got my staff for 75m , but since then I haven't seen a single one -_-.

yea i cant wait till 130, by that time, meteor will be maxed, i get a 40 matk boost for the new weapon plus a 10% damage boost to my fire attacks. An Elemental wand/staff would be a significant increase even if the base stats are lower than a decently scrolled weapon for your level due to the percentage of damage increase.

From my experiences with my AM (lvl127). I went with blizz first, both lvl20 and lvl30 books worked :P and selling leech at harps along with the drops I found left me with a pretty good profit. After selling leech for 4~5 hours, I had enough money to repot twice, so I went soloing in newties for exp. And APQ...? I have an APQ mule right now, its not that helpfull for me because I dont APQ a lot but if you're lucky enough you can make quite a bit there. All in all, you should manage by yourself from selling leechAPQing, and have some leftovers. I used to make 20mill + 3~5 mill from drops (if I was lucky and found steely then it was alot more) from 4 hours, I used to sell 2~3 hours a day on lvls 122~127 so you should be fine.

Yeah I'm in almost the same boat as you, except that I already found Blizz 20 before they got all weirdly rare (although I did fail 4 Blizz 30s if that's any consolation). I have 133m right now and I don't know how to make money either. I APQ but as you said, the money goes up then goes back down. I'm not a big fan of leeching and I can't merch really, but I've been wondering HOW CAN /EVERYONE/ AFFORD ELE STAVES? Seriously, I'm so confused. I've only ever had 200m once in my life and it was for like 10 seconds. If anyone can answer this question for me/us, it would be most appreciated.

Oh Hey sup TurfKid. You can always make money by merchanting or just MTS merch. Hope that helps. NX Cash isn't going to significantly help unless if you are lucky and get something really nice. You could always buy scrolls from MTS and sell it for mesos if you like. Also, Gaching is also a good idea but its risky and you could get something bad. Btw, Elemental staff prices are around 700-1bil averagely. Dunno about wand.

I got my Lightning and Ice Elemental Staffs by gachaing and selling iTCG items. There isn't a certain amount of M.atk that can equal 25% or 10% of the increase from the elemental wands/staffs. Because, 25% of Blizzard could be, I don't know, 60matk. And 25% of Ice Strike could be 25matk.

This month's events, for example, allowed me to make > 40 mil in a couple of days from the leaves alone. The actual maple items are another story; when the event ends, the prices always tend to go up if you're willing to wait long enough before selling. Also, summer's coming along, meaning more people will play, which will only serve as a catalyst for the increased prices. I've found three maple shields, and I'm still hunting for them. I plan to make a lot of money in a few months, just from this month's event. This idea of "knowing a good opportunity" also comes into play while merchanting as well, only you have to know the prices, which is difficult because they change so much. It's much, much easier to profit from events, and this month's events didn't even require NX to partake in. The rest of the year, I just hunt for semi-valuable stuff to afford pots. Big, free for all events like these are where I make lots of money, and that money tends to go into new equips, new gear, and so on. Anything extra works as reserves. :3 The only thing that's really hard about getting an elemental wand/staff, is finding one. The level 70 wands aren't that expensive, and you still get the boost, but it's so tough to find one in the fm. The 130 wands are far worse, and admittedly very, very expensive. The luk staves are cheaper, but again, who sells them?

As for making money, I'm only level 124 but harps + a pet looting + leeching = pretty good money. I have a friend who buys harps leech for 6m per hour from me, and APQing is awesome money too, I've gotten 3 apples per run some times, and also the earrings are pretty good money considering the cecilia earrings sell for 150k each to an npc, and I can sell them for 200k each in a shop. there are many ways to make money, you just need to know how to exploit them, make the most out of 'em (:

Merchanting is the best way to make money other than NX ._. If you dedicate a day to merchanting, you can easily make a few hundred mils. You just have to be lucky, and gladly, I am Anyways, if you're talking about ultimates, a regular weapon will NEVER outdamage an elewand no matter what: A level 30 ultimate has 580 magic. With the new KMS updates of amp, that's... 812 magic. Now let's say you got a 85 m.atk clean elewand 3. That's already 897 magic. Now add 125% damage from the elemental status, and you get... 1121.25 magic total from one blizz. So yeah, if you can get a 309.25 magic attack regular wand/staff, you could outdamage an elemental weapon :D

Frankly, I have never merchanted nor sold leech ever in my entire gaming experience. -points at Ele Staff 3- I'm a serious APQ hore though. Since I became inactive during the school year, me and my boyfriend began to farm apples by APQing twice a day. We're at around 250 apples now and we're planning on selling them in the summer when we become active and start buying store permits again. Since apples go for at least 3m in Bello, it's a pretty decent amount of money there. We're planning our major equip upgrades: gloves + shield for me. Even before this apple farming began, I have always just APQed, did quests (I'm the type of person who does ALL her quests ), and cut back on unneccessary spending. I also plan on keeping my Blizzard at level 1 for minimal pot cost, since with my elemental staff it already allows me to 1hit KO Harps if I want to leech my lower-level characters. I probably will never sell leech either, just because I can't stand the typical leecher attitude where they think they own you because they're paying you. I used the Gachapon ONCE in all my 2 and 1/2 years in this game, got a DEF scroll, and never touched gach again. >_>

When the elemental weapons first came out, I tried my luck with a few Gachapon tickets at NLC. I got a bunch of level 40 equips, some crappy ten percent scrolls, and a pie. ;-;
