i don't seem to understand your question o.O, but from what I'm thinking I'd say yes of course it can hit the same place twice, in fact 6 times o.O

If you mean to hit the same monster more than once with a single use of the skill, then no. Only one bolt will strike a monster. Fewer than 6 monsters = Fewer than 6 bolts.
