mage element wands and maple earring scrolling

how much is the lvl 70 and 130 element wands cost and which one should i use at my lvl the 70 wand or the 103 staff? I also need tips on scrolling maple earrings. Do i fully upgrade them or just scroll the basic one? Plz help

As you are an I/L Mage you don't really need the HP that much I think. So don't upgrade, or upgrade once (depending on how fast you get leaves). Can't help you with the elewand/staff thing.

Ele wand 3 ( lvl 70, about 85 magic atk clean) = 120 - 150m Ele Staff 3 ( lvl 103, about 120 magic atk clean) = 250 - 500m I was using a 137/5 dragon staff before. Now I use an ele wand 3 with 92 matk. The ele wand out-dmg'es my old staff.. Now doing 56k with blizz would be like 50k with the old staff.. btw : the diff. get's bigger every level.. Cus its in %'s.. (+25% element atk out of 50k is way less then +25% element atk out of 100k dmg) Goodluck =D
