ram is just speed, the famous blue screen of death is because of your HDD rpm or w/e u call it.

No. BSODs are generally from incompatible components or software colliding with each other or the hardware. The wrong type of RAM can cause a BSOD. A wrong amount of RAM in your system when running a specific program can cause a BSOD. Your CPU not getting enough power due to overclocking may cause a BSOD. There's no set reason for a BSOD to occur. It could be anything.
