A 60% Scroll that is a dark scroll says its a 30%

Well ages ago my best friend he said he did gach and he got a 60% scroll but it looked like a 30%(Scroll colour is 30% but it says its 30%) So its also not chaos scroll and i he quit so how much are these glitched scrolls lol this is scania thx

So, let me get this straight: "... is a dark scroll says its a 30%." So, it looks like a Dark Scroll. The description says it's a dark scroll. The only logical explanation is... Its father always pushed it to be a 30% scroll and to fail on somebody's godly Maple Skanda, but it was always destined to be a 60%? I don't know. Your grammar is no aid.

Definition of a Dark Scroll that has 30% success rate: "Success rate: 30%, Stat 1 +X, Stat 2 +Y (Y<X), Stat 3 +Z (Z<Y). If failed, the item will be destroyed at a 50% rate." Where does 60% come into play.
