Hmm which type of mage?

I started a lukless mage in Windia (My first character there, so no funding -aside from what i can fund myself with him as he levels- ). Basically I'm having trouble choosing between the i/l, the f/p and the cleric. The way I see it: Cleric would be best because of less use of potions = more money saved. But then again f/p level really fast and i/l just look cool lol I've only had a Priest out of those 3 mages, a normual luk one in Mardia, so I need your help to decide. Ps. Poll already used so just say which type of mage and why. Also, if you know some prices in Windia for certain important equips, that would help me out alot as well. Thanks.

Why not consider making an F/P Mage? They seem "more original", considering that there aren't as many of them compared to Clerics and I/L Mages. This the reason why I decided to make an F/P, recently. Although, I suppose I'm not too helpful, seeing as though I don't play in Windia, so I wouldn't know the prices. :s

Originality matters how? There are so few of them for a reason. Most people find 1-75 on a f/p mage REALLY boring. It doesnt matter if your original or not, just pick one that fits your still and keeps you motivated.

Knowing you're one of the few people who decided to be an uncommon class can give you enthusiasm, but you are right in choosing a class that picks your style. That's basically what it all comes down to. Although, the TC/TS asked for what and why, not to make it more complicated.

f/p seem interesting enough, but are they easy to fund? Note that this is my first char in a new world, if it wasn't for the maple event, I would barely have enough for potions.

go with bishop because i made my bishop about 2months ago and i leveled to 142 thanks to the help of the 2xp event :D they level really fast im lukless btw if that helps

My first character was a CB, they burn money. But, guessed what I ended up making about 600m in that guy. Making money is up to how you use your character, and come on, you are gonna choose a class just because they save money? Pick YOUR class according to YOUR preference. This should answer your questions/comments" Conversely, not everyone has the same ability to make mesos. Clerics DO save more mesos than other classes, as a matter of fact.
