1-2hit skeles what level would you have to be? Lol like semi funded e-wand and ect

The level doesn't matter, the level of Genesis and your Magic do. Also, there is no E-wand for Bishops, but some Bishops use F/P or I/L E-wands for the huge M. Atk bonus it gives. Use this calculator to know how much Magic you'll need to OHKO Skeles. Just to give you an idea, level*5 + 13 = amount of Magic you'll have with clean equips at 'level'.
