Which Mage Is More Rewarding?

I am Personally getting bored of my Cleric and am thinking of creating an I/L or an F/P. Should I? p.s.= My cleric is lvl 52 Luckless...

I've made a F/P and my sister made an I/L. I'll just name the drawbacks. F/P's attack way slower and have no mob moves so no good in CPQ from levels 30~50. I/L's tend to attack way faster which means more pots. My sister had to like go to Sakuras because lack of money so lol. It's your choice. There are more drawbacks but these are the ones that made me quit my F/P.

Both mage classes end up spamming their ultimate in a Leafre mini dungeon at some point , so it really doesn't matter which path you take to get there. And I know that it's different in other versions, and I know that there is the occasional Archmage who trains with his other skills, but the TS plays in GMS, and chances are he'll end up training that way too, at some point. One thing I love about my f/p though, is that I can mist train in the skele mini dungeon at 132 and get ~14% per hour, which is pretty close to what I get if I spam meteor in a newt mini dungeon for the same amount of time. But again, at some point misting is going to get horribly slow, and that's probably when I'll also switch to nuking newties full time, or whatever.

WEll i trained a arch F/p from lvl 150 ~160(bros acc) I found it really fun especially with da combo move of the ice giant floating around with you..when he freezes da mobs, the raining meteors just melts them... and mist is OWNAGE at skeles. and i get 20% per hour with 4x ^^ and ring mule

Uhh-_- this is the only thing I hate about F/P's (I/L and F/P clash) that they get like 80-60% an hr at lvl 100-120 with 2x while we I/L get like 25-35% and F/Ps can start training at Skeles at lvl 80....

wow look at this guy "OoOShakaOoO" he's went all kumbaya on us. but he has a point lol. it just depends on your interests. Priests are meant to be the party class. . . f/p is all about power and i/l are about technique because of their freezing moves. your choice.

I'm also not sure if you are aware that F/P are some of the best rombot killers. I'm a 41 F/P and I'm getting 400+ cp from killing rombots. Arguably F/P is better in cpq than I/L but it depends on the room I guess. IMO: F/P > I/L in 5/6 F/P < I/L in 3/4 Of course scores do depend on summons so I guess it really is up to you. Do you want to see big numbers or do you want to mob?

You have to be patient in my opinion until you hit 4th yeah. But I have to say being party support to me feels pretty rewarding right now...why, I'll probably enjoy support buffs as a bishop too o: (Although Res really doesn't count but still x3) And 'sides, I wasn't aiming at 4th in the 1st place T~T
