should i level final attack and does it matters? Im maxing knowback rite now

It's somewhat useful, in my opinion. I maxed PKB, but I never really used it much in my late second job. Keep on going with PKB, since you already started it. You might use it in third job, whereas in third job, Level 1 Strafe > DS+FA.

You're level 63, don't bother with it.
