Skill Book problem

I'm a Lvl 128 Bow Master and my original plan was to max SE and then Hurricane and then Bow Expert then Concentrate. Well, the problem is that I play in Demethos and skill books are VERY limited so I can't find any SE20s at the moment but I found a Hurricane 20. Do you think it would cause problems if I just took Hurricane to lvl 10 while I waited for a SE20 book to drop from sharks? With the event I'm leveling 3-4 times a day anyways..

You get a huge damage boost at 11 Hurricane if i remember correctly. Also, I personally would get MW 20 before concentrate, unless you NEVER solo.
