Level 35 + Knuckles

Well, I checked on link , and they have listed that Level 35 + knuckles cannot be bought from an NPC store. I wonder if this is true since I was able to buy 100% Knuckle ATT Scrolls from the Ellinia NPC even though hidden-street listed them as unavailable.

well i suggest you use the maple knuckles and scroll those with 60%'s and dont waste your money because the maple items will last a lot longer then the other Knuku

Hidden street is outdated for some reason. THey used to be reliable. You can buy lv 40 hats in npc now,

Well buy all your 35-50 weapons from CPQ guy normally above average AND near free

lvl 40 i think i saw in singapore? maybe el nath. i dont remember, but i've seen them. but yes, generally 35-50 weapons come from cpq. or theres a couple quests you can do

You can get weapons easy through CPQ.
