Level 98 training spot

Well I'm a level 98 outlaw and I have been trying to figure out where I would get the best exp/h, so can anyone advise me to a good training spot and tell me what the %/h they received there was and what would be best suited for me. I just wanted a second opinion due to the fact that the G.O.A.T.S has numerous spots and no %/H. My skill build is Max Burst Fire Max Ice Splitter Max Octopus 1 Gaviota 1 Homing Beacon 1 Flamethrower My range is ?~ 2070 Thanks to all those who can help!

I think Newties are still the place to be at 98, and probably until 120 :/ I'm currently a 95 Outlaw and I'm getting around 35% an hour there so it should be around 30% for you. Although I have a range 200 more than yours, it shouldn't make too much of a difference in terms of %/hr. I would recommend NightShadows, but honestly, trying to get there and/or looking for a door to there would take way too long, unless you had friends who trained there exactly the same time that you wanted to get there. Then there's the fact that they pretty much 2hko any Outlaw and, unless you kill fast enough, swarm you like no tomorrow.

How can he do NS? He has no FT and NS are ice immune, so he'll get owned by the spawn. From all the outlaw guides I've seen I think newts are supposed to be the best. No idea really, since I don't have an outlaw myself.

Newt Sniping. . . Or if you can take a hit. Use the ice 2 newties + finish method.
