Alright, well I just finished downloading Dragonica. Now when I try to open it it says "Run." When I press run, nothing happens, I wait for it but it never pops anything out.

Dragonica Closed Beta is up. It might be your DEP stopping it from running. Go to My Computer > Properties [Right click a blank space] > Advanced Tab > Performance Settings > DEP > Add Dragonica.exe

Can't figure it out. Ask for Dragonica help on a MapleStory forum. Chast section at that. Really should start banning these things.
