I dont think its worth that much, since Casters are generally better (or so I've heard). I'm guessing maybe 10m? I've seen some in Khaini for like...7m, unsold.

A perfect Casters, according to Hidden-Street has an ATT of 47. This claw has 49 ATT and has the same requirements of the Casters. It should be worth something. So... How much would a 49 ATT Casters be?

How much would a 49 ATT Casters be?" I'd say that claw is worth a decent amount. I sold my 49 Atk Craven for 40m, try maybe 100m and take offers.
