upgrade maple cape?

How do I upgrade my maple cape. Who do I talk to in Orbis ?

Yes you end up goin to orbis then you turn it to a lvl 40 cape then you el nath and alacaster will make it to lvl 70, you need snow silks and leafs.

Get the quest from Casandra, then talk to Francois in Ellinia. Then go to Orbis and talk to the girl near Potion shop (forgot the name), and then go to Elnath and talk to Alcaster. You'll get the Maple Cape with more DEF, more Speed, and more Jump. Worthless. -.- Oh yeah, each of those npc's ask you for 10 silks.
