well i was looking at the 4th year Scroll that u can buy with Maple leafs, are they normal scrolls? or are they different or random?

well, i bought a 4th year bow scroll and its: 40% adds 3 atk and another stat with 30% destruction , BUT CAN ONLY BE USED ON A KANDIVA BOW.(wasted my 1500 leavves

also untradable.... so word of advice dont buy the claw scrolls when ur a fighter

No it's better than 60/70 because extra secondary stat and worse than 30/10 in that it doesn't give 5 ATT

I'll clear up any confusion. They can be only used on Maple Equips. They are 40%, and 50% chance of destruction. They give 3 Main Stat, and 2 Secondary Stat.
