Okay, so I was advised to switch to sundaes when I was about level 46.. some said it was a smart move others said it wasn't. I was told to use watermelon, but I don't even have 1kHP yet, so that would be kinda waste. Pure water, only 800MP might as well be using blue potions. I mean the higher the level [as a mage] the less MP pots you will needs, because your MP regens pretty fast. So in the meantime what MP pot do you suggest?

I think elixers are just fine, it doesnt take more than 5 minutes of down time to fully regen your mana. Fight till youre out of mana, find a safe spot and go get a snack. its what I do and I rarely use pots.

Lol I'm scrimpy on using potions [which is why I still have those lemons from the Nella quest >_<] And I still use blue potions ^_^ {Which is why I ended up dying at Yetis >.>}

i've been lvling on orange pots and mana elixirs since... my hp reached 300 (think that was... lvl 20-ish?) I am a poor mage. >< don't really wish to waste time regening so I rely heavily (at the expense of my mesos) on pots to level up. Which lands me in a vicious cycle of not being able to upgrade my eq when I hit the level required. =/ Should I cut down on the pots? ><~

Atm, after buying my lvl 48 gear and some other stuff I'm down under 500k, so I'm lvling pretty slow, trying to use only (and few) hp pots. Plus training at kitties gives me even more pots from Exchange quest ^_^. It's all about how much much you're willing to spend.

Eh, I use Pure Water...and ppl, it depends what monsters you are fighting, hm? If you are so fussy about money and you hardly kill any monsters ur drop rate is bad, therefore you don't get good items (unless you're really lucky) I use pots as I only get a limited amount of computer-time on the weekend...but I'm still rich ^^ (so says me but I'm poor compared to my lvl 78 friend -_-" DUR)

I don't use pots :D. The only pots I use are the blue normal ones that drop from Wraiths.. still have about 550+ of them (I NPCed the other ones). If they don't drop, I don't use em. So.. I'm completely negligent on this topic. Truth is, you don't really need mp pots. :O

I still collect normal blue pots, but those I transfer to my low level characters so I can power level them. As for my higher lvl chars, it's either mana elixers, or in the case of my mage, pure waters(if I can be bothered heading to Lith to stock up on them).
