Freezing Water IN LESS THAN 3 SECONDS!

I got this water bottle in my hand. I threw it in the freezer. A few hours later I saw it. It was still water. I was sad, but still opened it because I was thirsty. As I opened it.. The water turned white, and it was AS HARD AS A ROCK! I then try to drink some, and MAGICALLY, IT WAS SLUSH! Can someone explain to me what happened?

You put in a drink and take it out when its still looking like its liquid. you then slam the bottom on a hard surface and watch the magic happen. quite fun :]

If the bottle was unopened when you put it in that could have been the result and it could have melted when you held it or from the air being warmer.
