can't re-install ms

ok so I un-installed maple (no maple realted stuff on computer). I go to ms website and click download. I have it on my desktop (patcherv69) but when I click on it, it won't download. what should I do?

This is what i would try, Look for the last MsSetup you have (mines MsSetup v66) then click on it, then click repair... Hope this helps
