When to go low str

I made a similar thread like a month ago, but it got deleted and I forgot the answers to it. Anyway, I have a level 44 str-less xbowman and a 71 att maple xbow. I was wondering if 71 attack is good enough to last til level 64 (nishada). If not, should I go reg/low-str now or just suck it up until level 64 to use a nishada and wait til 9x to go low str? If I add str now, what attack rower or golden crow should I be looking for to make up for going reg str? Also, I've seen some golden crows in Broa. Can I get a p/c on 100atk and 96 att golden crows?

i got 35 xbowman and im gona use a 75 attak maple xbow till 64 =) i don-t care if i suck much tho..

either way, your lack of str is giving you a huge advantage. i was strless until lvl 90 on my sniper. i converted to 50 base str from lvl 91-96/97. and at lvl 75 with lvl 15 strafe, still strless, i was outdamaging lvl 80-85 snipers with max strafe. so being strless even in 3rd job gives you a HUGE advantage. i'd recommend staying strless until lvl 105, because that's around the time you'd start buying leech. and you want to have enough str to use a 120+ att dragon xbow. after fourth job is really the only time str snipers will outdmg strless. so it's worth sucking it up and staying strless with your xbow for now. my equips were.. 70 att maple crow 100 att nishada 10 att bwg 10 dex sauna 14/16 zak helmet deputy star.

Strless Bowmen start to get overtaken by around level 100. You've probably seen Bowmen with proportionally weaker equips, so you didn't get an accurate representation.

Once you're 4th job+, weapon attack matters alot more than str. You should start converting at around 9x/10x, and grab a nice casa or neschere to use.

I have a 93 attack clean dark raven (level 80) and I was planning to scroll that and go low str/ reg by then. I don't know how to word this too well, but what attack raven should I aim for to benefit from converting from strless to reg/low str? Also, anybody have a p/c on 100attack and 96 attack golden crows in Broa?

Your crossbow is fine. Mine is 69 atk. Since you will most likely be LMPQing to 60ish, you don't need a good Crossbow.

This and I'd convert for 70STR @ level 90 for the Night Raven's Eye. As long as you get a good one (which is probably impossible) you'll be set for level 200. Also, 100ATT GC is 20-25M and a 96 would be half that most likely. Least that's how it rolls here in Khaini.

Actually, I wouldn't recommend changing to a Night Raven's Eye, I would convert later. Why? Well, the NRE has below average attack for it's level (90 as opposed to 95). You can get a nice, cheap Nishada in 2 weeks or so during the event. For the NRE, you need 66 more STR for only 9 atk. Not only that, but you can easily get an above average Nishada for real cheap. Therefore, the difference is only 6-8 atk for 66 STR. I suggest converting at 100 or 110, but that's just me.
