Windia, what's the price for Icicles, Tobis, and Kumbis? Also, I have 3 mil to use on stars. Should I be getting these stars? Thanks

I don't know the prices, but what's your other equips and how much funds you have in total? If you don't have much funds then 3m, then I suggest you go with 5-8 icicles and save the rest for you equips. You could get them for 2k each, but you need to do a level 40 quest. If you could find a high leveler that can buy you some or you have another character that's level 40, I suggest you try to get it from there.
