It would be very bad if his minimum damage range is 213. I mean I would even have more than him at level 87. xD I don't even know what that formula calculate. I plugged it in and it was lower than the max range. o.O But yeah, he would need 292 ATT to get that range with those stats. So unless there's a 195 ATT pot I'm not aware of, it's impossible to have that range with those equips.
