Why cant i delete my character on maplestory?

I tried like 5 times and it disconnected me.

Depends on what stage you got up to in character deletion If you got up to birthday, and you failed 5 times, then it disconnects you, thinking you are a ... iono... PW generator bot. If you didn't get up to putting in your birthday, then you are slow as crap EDIT Also you should do it in YYYY/MM/DD format. Meaning, you put 4 digits for your year first, then two digits for month, then two for the day...

k if its disconnecting you saying theres a communication error or something like that, leave your family and you can delete your character

r u sure u put YYYY/MM/DD (Year of birth/Month of Birth/Day of birth)? in that format? o_o

It's the format. Most people get confused with that. People usually go (MM/DD/YYYY). Dunno why Wizet/Nexon did it that way. >__> (YYYY/MM/DD)
