Like, something that happened at the mall, on the street, in the library, out in your backyard, etc. I think the only weird thing I've seen, was a guy sticking a finger down his throat, and throwing up. In the middle of the mall. Not that exciting. But it's the only thing I can come up with. So, what's something weird you've seen?

There was a group of teenagers dressed all in black at the mall and then out of nowhere, one of them just starts screaming and waggling his tongue around, which is when they all left. I've probably seen weirder, but I can't remember them arm.
