Silver boxes glitch?

I heard from alot of people that the silver boxes r glitched. they say when they buy the key, and take it to their inv, and checked ut had room for the key, they click on to open, but the key dissapears and they dont get a prize or whatever. is that true? i heard it alot in other threads

No most of the Silver boxes work. I think this time, since the silver keys are only 1.2k, they made it so that it has a chance of failure. Like 'broken keys'.

No they're supposed to give you a prize every time you open a box, period.
