If you're having trouble getting there, you could try to do the quests that let you skip the JQ/go past all the areas that have BF spawns. And, at elders, just use Blank and when they're stunned for 3 seconds, they float down and out of your way.

Yea like everyone else stated lower ascent would be your best bet. It's tricky getting there but once you get the hang of it it becomes natural. Some chs have more elders then others so cc and see which ones has the least amount. Also just blank shot them and move past the other monsters. Don't even try killing them unless you have to. Just go as fast as you can. If you still need help try getting someone higher lvl to guide you through. The jump quest takes practice but its not that hard to do after you complete it a few times. I stayed at lower ascent from 70-90 then move to newties. If your still have trouble getting to lower ascent and think you should find another training spot maybe mp3s, c-2 still, possibly squids, mpq, and that's about it really. However, the best bet for training and getting the most exp per hr for your lvl is at lower ascent.
