hii What level should a outlaw go to newties. What level did you go to newties and what skills did you had? Thank you

I went at lvl 90 to jr newties. I believe though that if well equiped, maybe a bit a hp wash you can go as low as 85 to jr newties. I seen some people go to newties at lvl 85 so it's very possible. However, unless your well equiped to deal some decent damage then I advise you to stay at windraiders until lvl 90 even a bit later. Getting to newties is rough and long and you need to be able to have about 2.7k hp to take a hit from them.
