Just get anything with dex or attack.. If you're able to get 2.5b, I'm sure you're smart enough to figure this out.

As the above poster stated just get a lot of things that will have a lot of dex and attack. Get an 11+ att wg/scg, zhelm, good sauna, etc. If funded that much it's not really hard to find what you need.
