Identify this Spider

I found a spider in my house, and I desperately need to identify it. I took a picture, so if any of you know what kind of spider this is, please identify it if you can. The spider is now dead, by the way. Note: This thing is scary as sin, and I took a BIG picture, so watch out. link

Where did you find it?" Behind a lamp on the living room wall. It probably came out of the attic after being disturbed by the renovation going on in my house. Parts of the ceiling had to be replaced, so it probably was ticked off that we disturbed its resting place. And yeah, it looks like both a Hobo Spider and a Huntsman Spider, so it's probably one of those.
