I need suggestions fast for a workout that does everything from the waist up. Especially abs, pecs, and arms. website or copy pastas appreciated. EDIT: Oh dang, I forgot the kicker. If you aren't going to help or post something even close to the topic, stay out.

DO leg lifts till failure ( which means you cant do it anymore and when your stomach has a stinging pain which is good) Then jsut do 3 sec push ups like slowly go down and up like 10-15 then when you think your better increase the amount.
