Hey I was wondering if I was able to defeat Mano at lvl 13 or 15. My DMG range is 14 ~ 81 clean and my accuracy is 23 I was planning on buying warrior pots and some accuracy pots. So am I able to and what is the spawn rate? Ah I am a warrior. Sorry.

You can kill mano basically from lv 10-200, you just probably need patience.
