The quest at the top of Eos tower, the dollhouse quest, won't work. it says dangerous monster inside. help help

Ohhhh, HUGE glitch, HELP, quick HELP. Its only a quest that can't be finished. Gm's work all the time to fix glitches. Step 1: Calm. Step 2: If you are still not calm, take a sleeping pill and go lie down. Step 3: Relog and try again. Step 4: Ask your friends (If you have any). Step 5: Wait. Step 6: If you can't wait, report it. Step 7: Continue waiting.
