Gun+Wings= Money?

Is it common that people drop money bags in near FM Henesys? Also, what level of pistol recoil and wings can you go on the higher platform. Usually when I go there, I see some people dropping items on it. Once I saw 2 level 10 on there,(Hackers). Some people drop Eye of Fire so summon Zakum. So can you answer my question? Thanks for any advice.

People don't always drop stuff atop the house, but if you're lucky enough, then I guess you do earn some amount of money with Wings + Recoil Shot.
