That's the swedish court for you.. Did you know that 3 murderers went free because they couldnt tell which one of the the 3 people at the crime scene who did it, but they knew it was one of them. So instead of putting them all in prison, they let them all go. The punishment for file sharing and such is around 10x more then for killing someone. Even with that, there's not a single person in sweden who's been in prison for more then 5 years (and that is being extreme). Most people get out after around 1 year or 2 years from our prisons/hotels where you have a few rules you cant break. By the way, im swedish, and i hate this verdict as well as system. Haha. By the way! The ones who thinks this will make piratebay get put down are sadly mistaken. Doing this achieves nothing but waste of taxpayers money (my money), time that could be put on better things.. Like.. I dont know.. Picking your own nose.

But now they can use this as an example in court cases against various torrent sites.
