Small wall of text up ahead. lol to me ghosts are real and fake. I think ghosts are there but they choose who they want to see them and when..I personally seen and heard ghost's ALOT back during ages7-9 and recently started hearing them and seeing them again now(age 18) they never harmed me accept for this one time back when i was 8 and a half it was 2:30am i woke up due to a bad nightmare(short nightmare summary: some guy was calling out my name) i woke very scared thought it was a dream as i lay back down his voice echos again i turn on my light and television but then all of a sudden we get a power outage.....Well just my rotten luck huh...I run outa my bed trying to leave my room as the bathroom door flies open and i run into it...noone comes out i get back on my feet after such a shock ONLY to feel what i believed was a cold dark hand squeezing my right shoulder. i turn around and all i see is a black shady hand grabbing my shoulder and yet noone was there. Lightning flash's and lights up my room...yup just a dark hand floating in mid air grabbing my shoulder...then i hear a voice screeching my name out.Well after that i wake up in the living room remembering everything up to that part and so i look at my shoulder after feeling major pain there. My bone was fractured. It was one hell of a night but that is the only time i was attacked by a poltergeist. Well i dont know why this one poltergeist has attacked me for but during my years of seeing and hearing them its the only one that tried to attacked countless time's. Oh yea..Now i cant even play baseball/tennis/or basketball ever since my right shoulder was fractured. So Do you basilers, believe in poltergeist's and or have anything happen to you by them.

I'm afraid of them even though I haven't experienced anything. I'm also scared of running into one in the future. :[

Well from my experience, I say you could probally not see them for awhile if they choose so. but if you do i think the majority you encounter would be nice Edit:Poltergeist get rid of ghost"s...Why did i always think that was a different term for them...wow learned something new. Anyway if poltergeists gets rid of ghosts that just makes my belief in them stronger other then my experiences with them ^.^

I believe in ghosts because I have seen one. It was an old man with a walking stick that I've never seen before. He came out of my heater and came over to my bed and looked at me. I ran out of my room but when I looked back I saw him following me. I ran into the living room and waited, staring at the hallway for at least 15 minutes until I decided to sleep on the couch for the night.

@ bitteryberry, Why did he come out of your heater and maybe he just wanted to talk...i think u made him feel bad by running away thus why he never came out to the living room ='( @ divine619, for me they normally keep company i talk to when they talk to me and my sister's like"seriously bro stop talking to yourself people are going to think thing's" but its really a nice chat. I get to find out why they died, why there still here and all. One time back when i was playing my mario kart 64 on my n64 i was playing the one player choice(by the way tis is the first time i ever saw a ghost...not poltergesit cry) anyway all of a sudden it quit game went to 2 player so i am like ok i guess i'll do a 2vs2 battle and well the character was moving all on its own with no second controller connected and what not. Poor girl musta been lonely.

Ghosts don't exist. It's just your paranoia and movies for putting the thought of ghosts into your head.

I don't believe in them. The Poltergeist is called "Knocking Spirit" in Dutch because they made sounds that sounded like knocking. Turned out they were beetles that knocked with their heads on wood to see if it was rotten so they could eat it. I don't know about the moving stuff and all. I have no subconsciousness, a friend who does believe in spirits, told me.

I hear ghosts/spirits moving all the time in my house and my room, especially when I'm sleeping. But we're all used to them :D
