When should i cap?

Assume I have all the mesos possible... When should I cap my luk? -I want to be able to use any weapon/armor while having the lowest possible luk...

I capped at 80 luk and can wear the best armor with a zhelm and luk equips

Mine's capped at 61 right now.......(same as my lvl!) but only because i want to have godly anakamoon. out of topic: zhelm stat requirements anyone?
