Semicolons PLOX!

UGH. I just left a guy positive feedback when I meant to leave negative thanks to the stupid error message that comes up when you use semicolons. They REALLY should be allowed in the feedback comment box. They are a vital component of the English language and a pretty handy piece of punctuation.

Surely one who can type well can surely avoid having to use semi colons? You are not a robot, we have much more flexible minds.

I also am able to make creative use of ALL punctuation available to me on my keyboard, and I see no reason why I should be limited to commas, periods, and exclamation points.

I see no reasons why: 1. You even have to say you're a creative "writer," when that's easy as hell. 2. You're sweating over something as idiotic as a semi colon. For the love of God, use a period or comma. Nobody's going to yell at or correct you.

Semicolons are awesome in stories. But when it comes to feedback, just write a simple "You suck."

A simple "You suck" just cannot convey how badly this trade went. The feedback boxes should allow more characters too, so I can write a thorough account of how much the person sucks.

Most punctuation marks aren't allowed in player times or feedback ratings because they can be used in a way where it displays a swearing attempt, like using random punctuation, unnecessary emoticon usage, or URL abuse.

Half of basil doesn't even know what a semi-colon is. Moreover, the last thing we need is to make it easier to inject PHP and javascript.
