Every time I open Basil, on the first page i see 30 threads about how nexon is going to sue hackers for $100,000, how leeching is now bannable, etc., etc. My question is: What the hell are you people thinking? You are completely misconstruing the words written in the ToS, and do you honestly think nexon is going to sue every random 12 year old kid who tries to hack MapleStory? You have to be crazy to honestly believe that. Why would they waste their time taking up legal action against you when they could simply ban you? Also, Nexon cannot get information about your computer or steal your personal information. If you're not happy with what's written in the ToS, quit. It's their game, they can do what they want with it.

The new ToS is made to scare hackers. They're not going to sue them, but they may sue pizza slice owners.

agreed, they WOULD get alot of money from suing, but US Government would stop them and just because leeching is bannable, doenst mean they'll ban every single leecher in the game with ohly 400 GMs

Making a thread in response of another or adding something else is consider as SPAM. Dont be a selfish person and put your comments/opinions in the right thread instead of making a new one. And if the thread got locked up, there was a good reason and you shouldn't discuss it anymore.

Honestly, there already have been threats against Pizza Slice owners for a while. This is taking this to the next step. Honestly I believe they should sue those making hacks & giving them out. :| Like those sites..

This is what happens when one person finally reads the ToS and find the word "sue". Then he tells their buddies and their buddies tell theirs... then people over react because they don't want to get banned
