how do you get a book? or how do you activate it? and also how much is a green easter egg and and a yellow easter egg worth?

TIBSBook = free. Click on SHORTCUT at bottom-right, then click on Monster Book.. voila. Eggs, dunno, but I see them in shops for 40k ea etc.. but worth nothing like that TO me.

Green4EVERwhen you find a card it will automatically do the type of thing a scroll does when you pick it up, but it always works...
