is shout 4 still glitched to stun 100% of the time? Or did nexon fix this glitch?

It's still there, and they probably won't fix it.

well you dont really need it that much, just make sure you get your more important moves first like combo, coma, and panic

I dont know even if they are aware of this. @ 2 above: You are not going to need it, Its just a show off skill I'd say(Dragon roar is super awesome compared to shout).

i've heard of people using it at Gobies to stun the house before it buffs

Yeah, that's how it works, but the range will be really crap.

smorz1 said: "ok so it still works, that's good cuz i've already got 3 in it by accident." well if you put the point in there at your level you might as well get it to 4 for the glitch. try to do this: get combo to 21 max coma max panic finish combo save about 23 SP to get your shout to 27 and then max it soon get relax add any leftovers to anything you want
