9 attack, it is better in later levels. And it's more powerful right now too.

I'd go with 8 atk one because the difference is only like 10 dmg. The defense will actually help save pots and stuff too.

I vote sencond one. It's only 1 attack difference, has a strength and dex boost, and 30 more defense for A LOT LESS.
