In theory you should be able to get up there if we asume the picture resambles the physics of real life. The ladder goes up to the edge of the roof, and you should be able to crawl up to the top of the roof from there. I know you can't stand on the place where the ladder ends ingame, but why dont you guys just focus on the picture instead of the description?
