He's using a raggedy old cape and a blue chainmail. He's level 48 at the moment and has 20 dex base. That's the reason why he has this armor. I know it looks awkward, I'm not all that great at drawing. I was going for him attacking, but yeah... Oh and about the eye showing through the hair, I remember that a while back I saw an anime character with his eye partly showing through the hair. I didn't think one eye could express his emotions enough.
