Meteor Shower and Blizzard

Hey i have a question about the 2 main moves for mages. In the Big Bang guide it states that when the move is at level 30 there is no cool down(for Meteor Shower and Blizzard) can any please clarify/confirm?

No no, you read it wrong my friend. The font in red is what the skill was before Big Bang patch, and the font in black is the description after Big Bang patch. eg. for Meteor it says: Meteor: Summons meteors from the sky to hit up to 15 enemies. Will create fire damage over time. Max level 30: -380 MP, 1500% damage to up to 15 enemies, 10 seconds of 220% damage each second, 30 seconds cooldown. (Black font, after BB) Max level 30: -2900 MP, 620 basic attack to up to 15 enemies, no cooldown. (Red font, before BB)

What thetank2 said. That is why I am spamming Blizzard as much as I can afford before the BB. I will miss it

[/quote] I am looking forward to CL and the potential to boss, which is why I am spamming Blizzard until I am at least lvl 140 for max CL and Infinity. I'm aiming for 144 though to have max CL, Infinity, and Magic Mastery.
