Blocked for Billing Issues

Has anyone gotten their account unbanned/remained banned? I got blocked for biling and got no response yet.

My Characters: Purple - 37 Scania Cleric

I didn't have that happen to me, but I don't think anyone has yet. My friend has that glitch on a mule, and I can tell a lot of MTS merch's that have that glitch aswell cause they put their items in the MTS on a daily basis, and haven't for the past couple days. I told my friend to wait till the next SC (tomarrow night) if nothing's changed by then, then things might be a little icky. I've had a ticket atleast to inform you, that's been a "work in progress" for about 1 month now about one of my accounts that was perma banned for a dumb reason, so I think the -wrongly banned and whatnot- tickets are going to be dreadfully slow atm. x-x

Send a ticket to Nexon saying that you got blocked for billing but you [insert explanation here] blablablah. Then, you wait for a response.

Problem is, if you get blocked for billing, you cannot log into that account to send a ticket. At least that's what happens to me. I've had an account blocked for billing issues for 2 years now and when they finally responded to my ticket, they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't send the ticket on the account that was banned. I sent another ticket saying that I couldn't log in and still no response...

If it was a billing issue, it should be involving NX, did you do anything like put a code in randomly and it gave you nx? or did you use fake info on surveys? if so, that's probably your answer

Just email the address they give you with your login id, and wait for their response. I did and i just got my account back..thought it took sometime...Patience is a virtue. :]

i've been blocked for billing. and i had nothing to do with NX. i guess i got blocked for getting free 5k nx at that time? :O

Try e-mailing them from the registered e-mail to the blocked account. When I did get banned I sent a few e-mails BUT I sent it to billinpp@nexon.net . I just found out yesterday that I was missing a g and that the real e-mail was billingpp@nexon.net . It was a stupid mistake honestly lol I might have had my account unbanned by now. I heard for some that they got their account back by doing this.
