After reading many complaints about autobanning, I decided to conduct my own little test on my mule who has nothing on it so i dont mind if it gets banned. I started by closing MS completely then starting all the accused programs here is the list of programs i opened I TESTED THESE PROGRAMS THEY ARE SAFE TO RUN FireFox 2.0 Internet Explorer 7.0 iTunes 7.0 Windows Media Player 11.0 AIM 6.0 Windows Live Messenger 8.0 (msn) AOL 9.0 LimeWire 4.12 Norton Antivirus 2006 Avast! Antivirus 4.7 Then I logged on to my mule for about 30 min After 30 min I logged off and closed MS completely, Then i tried to log on again and I WAS NOT BANNED ill try to log on again in a few hours then again tomorrow EDIT: More programs i have tried are as followed Ares 2.0 Yahoo! Messenger 8.1 Fraps 2.8.2 Winamp 5.32

I use dxwind all the time and I havn't been banned.

my sister got banned for no reason T-T the only thing she was using the previous day was fraps.. but you already tried that so.. any ideas why she got banned? ._.

Uh. . . I'm not ABSOLUTELY sure about this, but I don't think IP bans can work very permanently. In my electronics class a while back we learned how to change IP adresses. You go into the run program thing and type change IP (or somethign like that).

These are program i ran while playing ms (Yea my comp was lagging like crazy) But i was NOT banned
