Black Friday And Maple Points

Not much info has been given out this year abour the upcomming Black Friday Sale (Official Site) (for instance: when the hell does it start/end?). Seeing as most of us got 15k maple points as compensation for the recent rollback(s) I bet i'm not the only one saving them for the upcomming sale. However, if everyone would do this instead of buying stuff with NX wouldn't Nexon NOT gain any profit off this sale? Well i'll cut to the chase, does anyone know if we'll be able to purchase NX items during the sale with our recently given maple points? I have a feeling Nexon will post a short notice some time before the big sale, saying we can't use maple points to buy stuff on discount =/ Anyone else? Also, a question regarding the cubes (and any other "milestone awards"): Does anyone know if the cubes (and other milestone items) will constantly be on sale during the entire weekend or will they all have different time slots? Also, will there be a limited amount of cubes that can be purchased (similar to the limited amount of AP/SP bundles)? Thanks in advance.

You can purchase discounted items in the cash shop with maple points. You just can't gift them or the only other thing limited to NX Credit or Maple Points is Meso sacks, PCSS/CSS, and Name Change/World Transfer. I'm not sure if there's any other limit to Maple Points.

Nexon wouldn't ever really be "losing" money per say. They're selling pages of letters/numbers that code for pixels for cash basically.. o.o I can't wait to cube <3

[/quote] I sure as hell hope you're right :O Oddly enough, i'm quite curious as to what Nexon might do when they realize handing out 15k Maple Points per account was such a big mistake >_>;; One thing's for sure, AP/SP bundles will run out faster than ever this year (if indeed we will be able to purchase them with Maple Points). BaBaGaS : Why would people need the AP/SP resets? I heard in Big Bang they are gonna reset our SP, and during the summer of 2010 they gave out like 20 AP Resets to everyone who logged on. So maybe not everyone is gonna need it.

The 20 free resets were very kind and helpful but that only provided a small boost in HP for those that used it to HP wash. Also, people need AP resets because they might need to reset some APs due to the new potential system. I have 60 base dex (had it pre-potential) and a total of 24x dex. I can reset to 25 base and still have more than enough dex to wear any equip, but I wouldn't reset unless there's a sale as 3.1k NX each is just not worth the extra 35 luck atm.

I have 184 total with 34 base and I only need 165 at minimum, so I'll be buying an ap set. Also, not everyone used it on their main. I myself used those ap resets they gave out on other characters of mine that I play occasionally. The SP will be helpful if you need to change your skills post big bang. For me, since I can't spam my ultimate, I only have like a few points into it, and same for the attack blaze. Until BB hits, going to be adding to soul stone cause I don't necessarily need to attack in a boss run, but being able to ressurect people nwill help. After BB, will probably maybe do blaze first or soul stone.

[/quote] I get why people want SP resets due to BB, but Nexon is providing us with full (if not, at least partial) SP resets for affected skill changes/new skills. If they don't, I'm pretty sure there will be a ton of outrage from everyone as now they will be forced to spend hundreds of dollars to fix up their skills.
