Sorry, I don't know what title to write but what I wanted to ask is: "Does anyone else get their keys stuck when playing maple?" What I mean is when you're using a skill. It just spams that skill and it continues for a few seconds before you can do other things? That's what has been happening to me since the patch. Sometimes, I'm stuck walking to the left and I can't do anything until it stops. It's the same with looting and mass potting. It's giving me a hard time when I train. Note: My keyboard is not broken because it's fine when I use it for other things.

I did but it just continues. It happens on both my laptop and desktop computer.

that is what happens to me so often.. i plug off my keyboard on and off... no.. it's not broken but i think maplestory had something with it.. like lag or something....

Yep i have same problem, i have to plug on my keyboard aswell, and this have caused me many deaths -.-

it could be a temporary error in the game when there were new updates put in your computer which could be from server construction, which is causing you to lag

Stupid question, but I want to make sure it's not a simple and easy to fix thing... You don't have windows sticky-keys (under accessibility settings, if I remember correctly) turned on, do you? I know with my Priest, I'll be holding shift down to move (my teleport key). After 8 seconds or so, I'm stuck in perma-shift mode. It had to do with that stupid sticky key setting.

It has to do with how maple handles keyboard commands when it is getting more packets than it can handle, just change the graphic quality back and forth every so often if training for awhile.

[/quote] And on the right shift key has a 'filter keys' setting where it will ignore repeated key strokes. Sticky Keys is probably your problem. It's usually mine whenever I use a new computer.

Sometimes when I'm chatting, I'll spam a letter just as it does for the skills etc. (Nothing is stuck in my keyboard)

I e-mailed Nexon about this, and they finally responded. Just annoys the crap out of me as to just how useless they are. Now I have to submit another ticket to explain further, which they will probably read in about 6 weeks like this one too and then close, but guess what, I'm banned for "billing issues" like everyone else and can't log in. They also closed another few tickets of mine after not bothering to answer them for months, saying "After waiting some time for your reply for the information we asked for, we assume that your issue has been fixed and will be closing your ticket." - the reason being that when they banned me they sent an e-mail asking for "more info" on some tickets, which I obviously can't give, and after about 3 days apparently it means I'm not going to bother replying. I'm so f**king annoyed with these useless b**tards...

Billionaire : Well I do have my heal on Ctrl and Genesis on shift, but the arrow keys is also a factor to this issue T_T. Arrow keys are my life in maple. But I'll still try to adjust my keys to see if it works. XueyeHua : I'll also try to change the graphics every so often to see.

It's either maplestory lagging or your computer. Happens to me sometimes as well, usually restarting maplestory or even your computer will solve this.
