Name chance question

Say I bought a name change, chose the name, it's still in my nx inventory just waiting for the SC. If I were to cancel out the name change in my nx inv, would it cancel out for good or would I be able to choose a new name? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. I meant name change* for title.

I got one of these too, but when is the next sc. I dont think those last 2 count because they kinda had a sc then imediately rolled back, so idk.
