I cant start Tespia

i already downloaded and installed the tespia client but whenever y click on "ENTER TESPIA" on the site, the hackshield loads and then a window pops and tells me that i cant get in cause of my firewall or other network issues. I already deactivated my firewall and still have the same message, is the server currently down or what? Honestly if Nexon wants me to test something why would they give everyone so much trouble on such silly thing as loggin into the game

That popup probably means the server is down atm. They take the server down to load new bug-fixes as people report them and they fix them, so it's up and down all the time. Just try again later.
